About Me
My name is Ellen Park, and I am an 8th grade math teacher. I grew up in a suburban town near Richmond, Virginia my entire K-12 education, then moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for my undergraduate years at Drexel University.
I got my degree in secondary math education and began working as a high school math teacher immediately after graduation. I initially went back home to Virginia to start my career, but then the love of my life and I got married and moved to Pennsylvania.
After moving here, I found a new love- middle school! I never would have believed that I was wired to be a middle school teacher, but I have enjoyed every minute of the crazy goofiness.

Outside of being a middle school math teacher, I am a foodie, animal lover, traveler, and occasional gamer.
